1974 Leather Coaster Set
1974 Leather Coaster Set
Only a few left with no restock! Linger over that whiskey or wine's finish as you rest your glass upon a 1974 leather coaster. You'll love gifting this set of 4 thick, leather coasters stamped with the 1974 logo... the perfect accompaniment to any bar area, living space, or outside patio. Your hostess will love you for it. Cheers!
** The leather cubby will match the coaster color you choose, except for Eggplant which will be black. If you opt for a multi-colored coaster pack, I will most likely choose one of the lighter browns/tans/natural to make it out of. If you want something specific, please just reach out. :)

All 1974 leather products are distinctively designed by me, Beth Dryden. These coasters are precut circles which I bought from my leather supplier and then added my logo stamp. I did, however, design the leather cubby they sit within. Even tho the coasters are precut and not designed by me, I love how functional they are and I wanted to share them with you guys. One day I hope to truly design some unique ones as my own. Til then... I hope you enjoy these.
Please see the turnaround times and dimensions below before ordering. :)

About the Leather
About the Leather
1974 Leather goods are solely made from high quality, beautiful vegetable tanned leather. Vegetable tanning is where barks from various trees are being used in the tanning process which can take up to 2 months. It’s a leather that will age gracefully as the oils from your hands and overall use will give a beautiful patina, darkening the leather a bit in certain areas. This only contributes to it being solely a one-of-a-kind to you and the journey you’re on. A beautiful thing. Each leather hide will vary in color, markings, textures and such. Each hide has one-of-a-kind character before it's even made into the heirloom it will become. Any hardware on your new 1974 will have an antique brass finish and when the design allows, will have a YKK zipper.

If you're looking to customize any 1974 leather product with a specific leather color or stitch color combination, extra pockets, a particular strap length, please reach out here. I will do my best to accommodate most requests if they do not compromise the overall original design of the piece. Additional fees may apply depending on the customization. I currently do not offer personalization as far as initials go.
Leather Love
Leather Love
I love to use Smith’s All Natural Leather Balm on my leather goods. It's a non toxic leather conditioner designed to restore worn leather and protect new leather goods. Each piece that leaves my hands will have been swathed in it. If for some reason, a piece gets dirty (which in my eyes, that makes it all the more lovely) then use a damp cloth to see if that removes the stain. If a piece gets a water/rain stain, most likely it will dry and be fine. If not, then gently work the leather a bit. That helps to bring it back to a normal state. Leather is tough so don't be afraid to use your 1974 daily... Beat it up, hold it close and most of all, enjoy!
